Maintenance Support Package

Our Maintenance Support Packages accompany any devices that we supply to you. Maintenance Support Packages include nationwide onsite and remote engineer support, consumables and cartridges.

Once we have installed new devices as part of the Managed Print Solution agreement, the Maintenance Support Package becomes live.

The devices that we supply are extremely reliable but as is the case with technology, sometimes things break. Rest assured, engineers are strategically located around the country, equipped with spare parts and consumables so if this does happen they can get to you quickly and keep device downtime to a minimum.

Cartridges are replenished on an automated system. As part of the installation process, as well as installing the devices, we install a cartridge monitoring tool which provides live data on cartridge levels. When existing cartridges hit a threshold, this triggers the system to order a new cartridge which is delivered to you before the current cartridge runs out.

Engineer support - we have engineers to ensure minimum downtime and disruption. Our engineers can fix breakdowns remotely or if required can visit you.
